Our Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation.

  • Cancellations made within the 24 hour period - cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation.

  • Cancellations within 60 minutes of appointment - cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved service.

  • No show - cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved service.

  • More than 15 minutes late for your reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you or all the scheduled services. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will modify the services for the remaining appointment time.

  • If we modify the services rendered, payment is still required in the amount of the original reserved services.

  • In the event you decide not to complete any of the reserved services within the cancellation time window, our cancellation fee will apply to those forfeited services

Product Return and Exchange Policy

LHSBeauty can change this return and exchange policy at any time.

  • Unopened hair care products can be returned within 14 business days for a full refund or exchange. No receipt needed; we will verify the purchase in our system.

  • Opened hair care products and tools cannot be refunded.

  • Skincare and makeup can only be returned if defective, within 14 business days, for a full refund.

  • Brushes can be returned or exchanged only if defective, within 5 business days, and only for an exchange.

  • Hot tools (flat irons, dryers, curling irons) must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days if defective. Keep the original packaging and pay a $10 shipping fee for exchange. LHSBeauty does not exchange hot tools directly. Customers must follow the manufacturer’s warranty instructions.

Brow & Lash Appointment Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax and use the restroom. Late arrivals get shorter appointments but full charges apply. No time extensions for late clients. All services require appointments. We only perform lash lifts that meet our safety standards; no outside lifts allowed. Arrive without makeup (no eyeliner, mascara). Avoid caffeine before your appointment to prevent restlessness and bathroom breaks during service.

No children: For safety and focus, children are not allowed unless approved. Bringing children without approval may result in service cancellation and full charges.

Treatment rooms: Only clients receiving service may enter, except those with disabilities.

Gratuities not included.
