Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Lorraine’s House of Styles, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best scheduling experience for all of our guests, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Policy Details:

• Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a 50% service fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

• Refunds are not provided for services, but we are happy to make adjustments within 3 days of your appointment.

• Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and unused.

• Some services (extensions, bridal, smoothing treatments, etc.) require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.

• Deposits will be applied to your total at checkout.
