Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations & No-Shows

• We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, may result in a 50% service charge.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to respect the next guest’s time.
• Late arrivals may still be charged in full.

Refunds & Redos

• All services are non-refundable, as time and professional products are invested.
• If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we may schedule a complimentary adjustment.
• Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and unused.

Deposits

• Some services (extensions, bridal, smoothing treatments, etc.) require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.
• Deposits will be applied to your total at checkout.
